Sale of Dispute property

We have dispute property and a case is pending under high Court of Andhra pradesh,
Please let us know wether the sale of such property comes under the violation of any court orders.

We made a sale deed of above said dispute property and now he(vendee) is saying that he cant pay out the amount as he under go police remand for vilation of the court order.
please let us how we can convince him the vendee in this case

You didn't mentioned the nature of the suit. Is there any stay/status quo/injunction order is on the property.
