i want a certified copy from the high court for the suit of 1998 which is already disposed off ,in which i am not a party but i need to utilize it in my present civil suit and criminal case.
plz suggest the ways to get the certified copy of the 1998 suit.

Apply for the certified thru., an advocate/personally by swearing an affidavit for which reason it is required.
You have to mention the number of the case and date of disposal.
In the court suit register you will get the details.
