clarification of judgment

how is a review petition different from an application for clarification/modification of judgment?
Can we reargue the matter in an aplication for clarification?

If an application is filed for clarification, the clarification only will be issued.
In a review petition, the decision will be reviewed and either reversed or upheld or modified.
