Can any body help me in finding the udit narayanan case decided by SC, on quashing powers of HC.

I need a equivalent case law of SC, which held that the HC can quash the CC after the charges are framed. I have bajan lal case, but it is very old one, I need a latest decision.

I am in need of a specific citation of Udit Narayanan decided by SC, or any other authority which deals with quashing (CC) powers of under 482. I am unable to trace out. Any body who is having this citation reference pls help.

PC Act - X officer arrested - witnesses 1. complainant 2. Trap witness brought by Police - no other eye witness - Money recovered from Y officer - forensic report shows Y had received money - SC says complainant and trap witnesses if not corroborated accused can not be convicted.

Now X preferred a discharge petition - rejected by court for technical reason and immediately framed the charge - X is going for quash - need a latest decision relevant to this situation.
