Can I place Argumentation in Written ??

Mine matter under summary procedure of DRC Act is scheduled for Argumentation on coming Tuesday.

Can my advocate present Written Argumentation as well as Oral Argumentation on that day ?

Can the Judge reject Written Argumentation (I feel it is nowhere specified that argumentation should be Oral only)?

Please suggest ?

Yes you can very much file written notes on argument.

No, at the stage of final argument you can not place any document.
