Compounding the matter with the permission of Magistrate

I have settle the other matter but one matter which is run before the Magistrate have non-compoundable offense's Section

Can Magistrate give permission to compound the matter

No, the Magistrate can not compound a non-compoundable offence. Only the High Court or the Supreme Court can do such thing on certain circumstances for doing complete justice.

no. this can not be compound by the Magistrate.

Magistrate can not compound the matter but accused may be acquitted after taking evidence of the complainant and other witnesses.
