Professional tax

I am running a small business, employing around 15 people, for couple of years we have not been deducting proffessional tax, can anybody guide as to come out of this pl?

It is your duty to deduct the profession tax, but you have not done it. So deduct the same from the salary and pay the profession tax. 15 years un paid PT is very hard to deduct from salary of the employees, so you pay it first and deduct some amount from the employees salary.
