can candidate who call for interview is neccesary to recruit or not?

There is no necessity that a candidate called for interview should necessarily be appointed. The organization has authority to reject any or all the candidates. Of course, the organization would be having sufficient reasons for doing so and that reason would be available on its records.

Such there is no such mandatory provision. Interview is only a procedure to select the right candidate.

No. To select a candidate for any post or not is the right of the management.A candidate has no right to be appointed on the ground that he has been called for interview and/or interviewed.

Employer need not recruit all the candidates called for interview. Even he may not recruit anyone depending upon his requirement and availability of candidates suiting his requirement.
