some query regarding the appeal against the DC order

Sir,

I am not a party to the suit which is filed by the one of the parties other than the family member for entering his name in the owner ship column in the RTC. by that time we are not party to the suit before the DC. later we came to know the order been passed by the DC. know we want to appeal but our council is telling it is not possible under Karnataka land reforms act. kindly guide me.
