IS IT NOT AGAINST THE BASIC LAW OF MONOGAMY? AFTER HMA1955 SECOND MARRIAGE IS PROHIBITED,IF DONE IT IS NULL AND VOID AND AN OFFENCE U/S 494 IPC.HOW A SECOND WIFE MARRIED AFTER 1955 CAN GET EQUAL SHARE? IT CAN BE CHALLENGED ALSO BEING UNCONSTITUTIONAL.PLEASE EXTEND DISCUSSION ON THESE LINES.
