Appeal Time Period

Querist : Anonymous (Querist) 01 September 2010 This query is : Resolved 
I had a case with my tenant, he lost it & filed an appeal & lost it too.Final judgement was passed on 29 july 2010 .I wanted to know till what time period he can file an appeal in high court to challenge the final decision.
