Dear Advocates,

my client office (finance company) at "A" place & my client bank is "B" place & accused bank is "C" place and accused address is "D" place. I filed complaint on the basis of my client office address jurisdiction.

munsif magistrate query to me that jurisdiction is proper?

pls send me rulings.
