hello friends, My friends husband has filed a divorce petition against her in mumbai, and now it has come to the counceling stage and this is the first time, what wil happen if she is unable to attend the same, wil she get another date . pls advice the best possible way out as he is not keeping well.

Advice your friend to shoot a communique to the concerned counsellor/counselling authority regarding her ill health seeking a date in future.

Yes , she would get another opportunity for counseling. She will have to file an adjournment petition on that date through her advocate.

It is not a big issue. You can send a message to the counsellors intimating your inability to attend and seek an adjuornment. It shall be given automatically.
