In case there is no will ,legally who will be the Legal heir, the Wife, the children and can grandchildrens will be the part of it as well?

i.No, Grand childrens diretly not a part. They comes on place of hie father.
ii.you aslo see the schedule of Indian Succession Act, 1956.
