Hi,
I am trying to fill form1A for company registration which i downloaded from the MCA website. The problem is that I can
fill up the whole form but can't sign the document. when I click the Signature field given in the form, nothing happens.
i.e. I can't attach my digital signature to it. Please help if anyone has encountered this problem before. I need it very urgently. Thanks.

You have not clicked the check form button due to which you are unable to digitally sign the doc.

Hi Vishal,
Thanks for the help. It really worked. But the next problem is that when I click the button 'Prescrutiny' nothing happens. and the document is not being scrutinized. Please help as I have to do this today.

Prescrutiny of the form 1A is not required after digitally signing the form, the form is automatically pre-scrutinized at the time of uploading it and any errors are shown in a pop up window which are required to be rectified, in case, of no errors the next window viz,payment gateway is displayed.
