sir,
how extent labout court has jurisdiction on cpc, means is labour court can entertain cpc entirely

labour court has to act within the framework of the industrial disputes act.only certain provisions of cpc are applicable.

The provisions of CPC are applicable in labour Court as the procedure is same.
