I want to know what is the Stamp duty and registration charges for a 11 months Leave and License agreement of an apartment together with refundable security deposit of value 3-4 lacs in KOLKATA?

It is Rs 100/- but the state of west bengal does not recognise the concept of leave and license and the same can be treated as tenancy agreement if disputes go to court. It is better to make some important corrections.

Dr. Mr. Barman,

Does it mean that I have to rephrase the document as tenancy agreement? If so, the stamp duty will remain same? What will be the legal obligation in case the tenant refuses to leave.
