brake up a contract

(Querist) 31 March 2010 This query is : Resolved 
a company contract made of on bond paper with out registration. if some one want to brake up, how can he brake up?

A contract is enforceable even without registration if registration thereof is not compulsory. Nobody can commit breach of a contract lawfully entered into.
