There is no specific way other than normal bail matters against the crime of conspiracy. It is difficult to tell you the procedure without having knowledge of the facts of the case and the status of the accused means whether he has been arrested or not, whether he wants anticipatory bail or regular bail, whether he has moved any bail application and if yes, its status etc. etc.

Procedure for getting bails remain same for any crime. There are two types of bails - anticipatory bail and regular bail depending upon whether one has already been arrested or likely to be arrested.
In either case one has to move an application and be ready with a surety. You leave the matter to your advocate.

dear friend, bail is a matter of discretion of the court in case of non-bailable offences.
since u ve not mentioned the facts of the case so it will not be possible to advise properly as facts and circumstances of the case determine the action needed.
