sir
i have a flat which i am renting out to family. the building is managed by the housing society and they are charging society cahreg @ of 150% as against 110% prescribed by the authorities since i have rented out the flat . i have been fighting without much success .what can be done to prevent society from overcharging me atleast in future .

non occupancy charges are fixed at 10%of society maintenance charges . issue legal notice to society in this regard .
