Please send me the format for preparing the addendum to the existing Trust Deed, wherein all the Trustees of a Gratuity Trust has been changed.

Dear Mr. Abhishek Jhagarawat,
1. I can do so but then you do appreciate that many details will be required to be known for adding such addendum to the existing Trust Deed.
2. Foremost it would be necessary for me to pursue the contents of such prima facie deed and then the addendum deed can be drawn out.
3. I suggest that you may consider it prudent to contact this lawyer and discuss the main contentions that needs to be reckoned with.
