Permissions required / process for multi shift working

Hi,

An small ITES company in Pune wants to start a 2nd shift / 3rd shift operations. It is registered under the Bombay Shops and Establishment Act. What permissions are needed and what is the process to be followed? What are the mandatory compliances?

Also - it is located in an SEZ. Are there any aspects to keep in mind considering this?
