Land acquistion

Honorable Sir
My Question Is.

Government Acquired My Grandmother's Land in 1958 For Public Purpose.
But I got the whole details in acquisition , that land acquired with due procedure and we want that land?

So Please give suggest for us
for get back the land.
any restriction limitation act?

tell me about this.

what will do for it.

what do we now.

Due Procedure means

not issued/notification notices, under section 4, 6 of the Land Acquistion Act 1894

Facts not clear, when due procedure was adopted, how the land can be claimed back after 56 years.

Consult a local lawyer and show him all the documents.

in my family all person not educated but i am graduated when i know about the land then i have check the documents. and now recently supreme court of india's judgment kulsum nadiadwala vs state of maharashtra i read this judgment and i want to this judgment basis challenge in the court this matter. so please tell me next procedure for this.
