My share of property

sir / madam

My name is rajeev shenoi from kerala .
i need a legal advice from you .

i am 24 years old and i like to get the share of my property from my parents. my parents have house which is built on the land my father got from my grand father and the property owner was my great grand mother ie my grandfathers mother , i have a sister who is now married . i want to know how and what should i do in order to get the equal share of the property either the amount in cash or the reg.document
my 2nd question is that do i have the right to get the money or other riches which is obtained by my father .

please give a suggestion .

sir in order to make my living i need money my father and mother have not spent any money for my education or any other needs for past 24 years now am 25 . i was brought up by my grand father ( my mother's maternal uncle} . till date my father has not cared about me or about my career or any thing
