Deceased daughters share in fthers property

(Querist) 12 June 2013 This query is : Resolved 
A(father) had a self acquired flat in a co-operative housing society in delhi.
A died in 2002.

A had two children B(son) and C(daughter).
C died way back in 1982 leaving behind a son.
Will this son get his mothers share in flat.

If C also left her husband then her sons and husband shall distribute her share equally.
