what is the position in cooperative act for an illegal managing committee can they transfer shares operate bank accounts cab they collect society dues without issuing bills for maintenance can they amend the bylaws can they exempt builder the from paying intrest on dues from him and chcharge members intrest

Such MC ha no legal basis to function. Lodge complaint with the registrar or go to High Court in Writ.
