Hi,
Myself I am son of father having 2 wifes and I am the son of 1st wife(Divorced). I was bought up by my father wherein he got again married and my stepmom has 2 brothers. My question is regarding the property where my stepmom says that the property which is wholely made by father and I dont have any rights for the property. And Since I had mental torture leaving with them in the house so now I am staying with my friends in a room. My father is not in good relation with me and he doesn't speak any words even though his second wife is putting me out of the house in this situation I don't have any support from my father's relation has they are also not financially good and they can't support me. And My stepmom says that she would spread bad rumours if I would go with any legal action.
Can here anyone clarify me that does I have any right being son of 1st wife do i have any rights in my father's property even though it is made by him solely and not his ancestral property.

If it is self acquired property of your father, then you don't have any share. Only after the death of a father right accrues.
