Sir/Madam,
Within how many days, charge sheet has to be framed after filing FIR? pls mention the legal relevent provisions

charge sheet is submitted after completion of the investigation. So in practical there is no time limit. But the maximum period is fixed as 60 days for offences punishable with less then 10 years and 90 days if puni7hable with morethen 10 years. But usually it is not possible to complet the inuestigation whthin that period.
