Dear Team, I stay bangalore an apartment 2 floor. There is water seepage into our master bed room bathroom from the 3 floor. This is has been notified to the 3 floor owner twice. However no action has been taken by the 3floor owner, for now its one month. Also, the 3 floor owner have been the noisest, which the association is aware of. Atter this, an email has been sent to the Apartment association. The association has not been responsive and there has been no action on this issue.
I would request your kind advice on the next steps, so that this issue (water seepage) can be resolved at the earliest. Thanks in advance

Issue legal notice to the owner of the IIIrd floor house and also to an association to take necessary action.

in the vent of water leakage from 3rd floor the owner of said aprtment is bound to carry out repairs . you have to shell you 50%of cots of said repairs . issue legal notice to flat owner to carry out repairs and offer to pay your share . if he refuses to do so move court for necessary reliefs
