a person lodge a false case under 156(3) and 200 against my friend's family under 302. judge calledin status report freom concerned sho. in investigation done by i.o there were 5 persons . but complainanat filed case afainst 20 members. there is no fir yet. because viscra report is awaiting after that cause of death will be furnished. i want to know that if cause of death will be heart attack and natural death. then what will be further steps of case and if judge directs to fir then fir will be lodge againstonly those 5 members which told neighoubers of complainant to i.o or all 20 members.

The ball is in the court of the Police. After the submission of PM the Police would decide whether to submit CS or FRT.
Thereafter only you can decide the next course of action.
