dear expert ,
wife filed a divorce petition in pune court uner sec 13(ia)(ib) against husband is it necessary to file the reply of the same petition in the court

Yes,u will have to file its reply to defend it strongly in court.

If you don't file the reply she will get an ex-parte divorce.
