ek case he jo supreme court me chal raha he..
patnership deed se related
agar judement favour me aya toh deed execute ho jaaegi warna terminate ho jaaegi
toh kya dispute solve hone se pehle partner ship deed me mentioned koi bi partner uss deed ko terminate kar sakta he kya??
partnership deed is depending upon the happening of an event(means dispute ka decide hona)
