i am filed case 406/498a on my husband the case is under process last 6 yr charges are framrnd nad my cross is going on. in the mean time my husband filed devorce case its is on stage of my cross. on this possition i want to figt my both case for justec but my lawer and husband lawer force me to go for comprimse i don;t and judge fixed for medatation in dervoice case. i want to know may its possible i am not go for meditation and fight my case and my crminal case is still not hold.

if u take divorce by compromise ur cr case will become soft.rest is with ur opinion.

If you do not want nobody can fore you to do compromise.
If you go for mutual divorce then there would be chance of success for your 498A case or it may even get quashed as for doing mutual divorce you need to withdraw all your allegations against the husband.

it is only you who shall decide what to. if you want to contest both cases no body has a right to force u for compromise.
