Mhada room

Mhada allotted Room to 'A' and 'A' transfered the same room in the name of 'B' with proper documents. Now 'B' wants to give said room to his servant ('C') for temporary residential purpose till his service or till 'B' wish. 'B' wants that the right of the said room should be remained with the "B". Please guide what should be do or what documents "B" should be prepared.

was transfer made by A to B after the lock in period . under terms of allotment with MHADA you are ot supposed to sell rooom for some years .

in case transfer made legally then B can give premises to C on leave and licence at nominal rent .
