sir/mam,
myself joy dasgupta.age : 25 , in 2011 month of oct ,day:lakshmi puja i got married with a girl at our house .my mom ,dad do the whole occation for her marriage though her father is present.her mom came to our house and her elder bro and in law for rituals.
Her father was a drunker and they were victim of family violence.That day her dad hurt her very much and i went to her house ,and her mom said me that please save her.i was in gr8 love with her and i took her hand ,and married her from our house with permission from my mom and dad.
After 17 th of nov, suddenly she was crying witout any reason.Only i said to her that her bro in law behave is soo ruff.Her mom came with that in law along with her dad and took her from her house without my permission.After that my dad and me visit her quarter ,her dada insult my dad with abusive language.Then she wipe her sindur and sankha(bengali culture it is like mangalsutra) and told me that she will come but after 2 years.
what i will do now? my love is still pure for her , Her mom claim that we make phone calls for dowry.
please sir/mam help me.i love her very much.:(

Lodge a diary to the police describing the facts and file a suit for Restitution of Conjugal Right in Family or District Court.

I agree with the suggestions by Mr.Bhadra.
But, involving Police may widen the crack which has already developed.
Try to have a personal talk with your wife alone to convince her. OR just wait for some time and let your wife realise her mistake on her own.

since your wife does not want to come back and stay with you ,it would not be advisable to force her . if you have not taken any dowry then you dont have anything to fear . you msut be having video of marriage plus photographs taken .
try sending her emails or letters requesting her to come back . wait for her response .
since her father is a drunkard it may be extortion tactics to obtain money from you . keep your cool .

i have phone record where she said that i leave your home from my own will,sir forgive me if i am wrong as i know from this site that she cant claim maintenance from me accoding honurable supreme court.u know better than me sir,
nowdays her father dont drink.thank u sir for ur prev suggestion.

it is 4 months running now.i made a dozen of phone calls showing my love,i have a full record what she said.she said many importent things,she said that my life get ruined because of my mom.i said her that give me proper marriage,but she cant.thank u sir for ur previous suggestion.
thank u all ,but i really love her and thats why i am very sad nowdays.i have done a social service by saving her from her dad, and now i am victim.what a luck!:(

i already sent many smses phone calls that i love her still now.she said that until her mother give her proper marriage ,she dont come back.she was crying , i have a phone record regarding that since her uncle said me that he can lodge case against me thats why.thank u sir for ur previous suggestion.

the marriage has no registration,purely from my house and there is no date for marriage.
is it possible that she will claim in future?
she will never come back as she said and she is engaged with someone as she already said.

First you told that she is ready to come back after 2 years.
Now you put that she has told you that she will never return and already got engaged to another.
Why this contradiction.
Anyways, if she is not ready to come back, then what is the use to bring her forcibly to your life again?? That will make your life more miserable. Thus, it is better to move ahead and find another good match for yourself.
