I want to start a private security agency in delhi-ncr specially in ghaziabad kindly provide me the proper details regarding the same.

Following details are reqd. for PSARA & Labor License:

Q.1 Procedure?
Q.2 Eligibility(if any)?
Q.3 Fees (Registration+Advocate fees)?

Find the labour licence inspector office and apply the same. For that you need to submit the MoU of ur company with proof of identity and adress and Pan. Fees for lawyer is depend upon their involvement of work.
