I WANT KNOW THE LEGAL POSITION OF MORTGAGE BY CONDITIONAL SALE.
1)HOW MUCH STAMP DUTY WE HAVE TO PAY IN SUB REGISTERAR OFFICE
2)ON DEFAULT OF MORTGAGER,MOTGAGEE WILL BE THE ABSOLUTE OWNER ARE NOT,IF NOT,WHAT WOULD BE PROCEDURE, TO BECOME AN ABSOLUTE OWNER OF THE PROPERTY.

1.IT DOES DIFFER STATE TO STATE.CHECK WITH SUB REGISTRAR OFFICE DISCLOSING VALUE OF TRANSACTION.
2.Not ipso facto, but subject to right of redemption of mortgagor by a law suit by the mortgagee.
