My husband has applied for judicial separation. How to protest it? (I wish some suggestions to solve this issue ASAP, not like months :) :) )

if you want reunion then file RCR case against your husband.

If you want to settle with him, rather than filing RCR, request the court to put the matter in mediation.
Also you can try for court assisted counselling and go to professional counselling.

Just now got the information that hw hasnot filled any cases in court. But just to threatn me and since he wanna stay with frnds he told me that he has filed judicial sep.
Now he s stayin with his frnds.
So now can i request court to put mediation?
If so, how long it may take to solve the issue.
Or shall i give complaint in women police station?
