I planning to purchase gaothan base property at sanpada. What are precautions or information one should take before investing in it? kindly advise me about future and what documents in needed.

Don't purchase gaothan base property ,if it has not changed in other head as per provision.

Could you please guide why one should not purchase gaothan land. Also if someone has a house on goathon land. There are no details about the land but only of the house, then should we go ahead and purchase.
