Sir
in the year 2007 my father provided land to the department for the construction of Rural Marketing center on the assurance of providing regular job to my brother. no compensation is paid for the land.no registration is made yet.no permanent job is given. now the department is renting out the building to businessman of our locality. some of them has constructed the said building in their own way so as to make it fit for business purpose. i am against these decision n trying to stop this all. what would be my legal status here.and what should i do for stopping all these.

was the assurance given in writing?
how was land acquired without payment of compensation ?
generally compensation amount is fixed then land acquired.
is building rented for purpses connected with the objective for land acquisition?
if no then you ought to have challeneged land acqusition as not being used for purpose it was acquired and no compensation given

yes you are requested to revert back with following facts:
1]is your father alive?
2]if not,has his heirs name mutated??
3]Is Rural Marketing Center entering into lease deed with Business Men of the area???
4]Are those leases getting registered????
5]since how long this all is going on?????

sir, my father is alive, there is no lease deed but an office order where name of person doing business there is not mentioned in that office order.it is going on for last 3 months.
assurance of job was not given in writing.RMC was for the purpose of selling local products such as vegetables and all.and it should be run by NGOs of SHG but it is not happening accordingly.
so under which law and section i can chalange in the court of law..
