Regarding minimum wage

Dear sir,
we having a bauxite mines in Gujarat.In mines we are paying Minimum wage as the the norms of Central govt rule to those who are working in mines ,but we are having a another mines office in our refractories works in that office those who are working we are paying minimum wage as per the state govt of Gujarat.Is it correct?

No. You cannot make disparity with set of workers working in two different mines owned by you in the same State. You shall have to follow same pattern of wages more beneficial for workman either of State or Centre.
