My wife receives sms messages and I strongly believe if I get to know these messages, they will reflect many of her wrong desertful actions. If she deletes all these messages can I still get them as evidence from the service provider. And what do I have to do to get them as evidence ??.

1) learn to trust your wife . if you feel she has been receiving many sms messages you cna sk her about the same
2) if your wife does not have anything to hide she may on her own accords permit you to glance through the messages .

3) you will have to make an application to service provider for obtaining a copy of these messages .
4) the service provider may not oblige you unless you have a court order .
