How to prove

Dear Expert,

Just want to know , my wife leave me 4 month back and after 1 year if I will go to court then what kind of proof I need to prove that my wife not leaving my home last 1 year. So that court will know we are not saying lie to court and in real she is not our home last 1 year.

You need only corroborative proof by your relatives or other witnesses who would testify on that account.

However only because your wife does not stay with you would mean or prove desertion.

If you indeed think of going to court why wait for time you should issue a notice immediately and wait for further steps even for a year or so . after that you can file case for divorce
