i want to open a pvt security agency in up.hence please provide me full legal details and formalities to register it and to run it..plz attach registration form of up in complete.

First you register your company with the Registrar of Company. Get the permission with the Police department. Get the license under the shop and establishment and Act.

Now you can start your business.
