This query is : Resolved
sir,
i undergone renal transplant 18 yrs ago, and worked hard to fulfill my dream of getting of govt., job. i completed graduation through open system and pg through regular system(got good rank in state common entrance test).after finishing pg i have tried many pvt. jobs in vain (as i have revealed about my medical history). Then one day i have decided to join Govt. service even without revealing my medical history. I worked hard selected into one of famous Govt.services company without disclosing the medical history.
Even after 8 years of service i fear that one day i may loose this Job.(In my life this is the only once i lied). In our country many people get into Govt. services by giving false/fake caste certificates or false/fake qualification certificates etc.,.
Just i want to know what are the implications on me if at all some how my organisation comes to know about my medical history(i know its a crime to subside vital information with the organisation). But to me there is no option left as this is my life time goal, what i actually believed is that when my dad was in service (in central govt), he got all the medical benefits for me through govt., as the govt has already funded me before why not the govt., organisation pardon me and let me continue in service in future.
ANY SUGGESTIONS

Dear Ramababu,
There is nothing wrong if you had undergone renal transplant etc., some 18 years ago.
Please tell me, are you in Government service now and if so for how long?
Please also tell, when you say that you lied to your organization, do you mean to say that you filled up any form where to a specific query you did not give the true answer. When you say that you lied to your organisation, when and where and in what form did you lie?
And is there any enquiry being conducted by the organization against you now?
Otherwise, what is the triggering point for your present query?

Dear Mr.Rambabu,
It is not evident after reading your mail as to whether you have knowingly suppressed disclosing the fact of undergoing rental transplant for getting the job if yes then a wrong is a wrong.
Best Regards

your trouble is more psychological in nature than legal.
keep concentrating in your work, if your medical problem is not becoming an impediment in your regular work then there is no need to worry.
if you are disclosing this concealment to your colleagues then certainly you are inviting trouble to yourself.
just enjoy your work at the moment.

Dear Rambabu,
YOUR DOUBT IS QUITE UNFOUNDED. Even otherwise, forgetfulness is the nature of mankind. Even in this case, although you would not have revealed the fact about your treatment intentionally, but on appointment to your job you must have undergone a full body medical examination before entry in to service, which is compulsory FOR all Government jobs. If the Medical Officer had already given you certificate of fitness, you should not have wrried about any such thing.
The medical history is got noted only for the ease and information of the Medical Officer, so that he can give more attention to such type of diseases of the candidate that may not prove infectious to other employees, if he joins the organization.
Even if the same disease would have been identified on examination by the Medical Officer, he would also have advised you to undergo the needed operation of renal transplant before he could give you certificate of fitness. But your candidature for the job would definitely have been kept intact till the Medical Officer would not have declared you totally unfit for the post, which you are serving now.
SO, YOU NEED NOT WORRIED ABOUT THAT NOW. THAT IS NOT ANY TYPE OF MISCONDUCT ON YOUR PART, which you can check even in the discipline and appeal rules applicable to your employment.
