i have to register a partnership firm, firm located at Anand Parbat, New Delhi. Please help me with the procedure or a checklist for the same...

1. Partnership Deed is must.
2. If office is in rented house then rent letter by the owner.
3. If firm office is on lease then lease deed.
4. Form containing the signatures of all the partners.

SIr, can we get any name registered of the partnership firm.. wat if the name has already been registered??? isint there any Availability of Name provisions as we have for the Companies registration..??? Do we have any online site for partnership firm???

there can be same name or different. But there will be confusion only in Commercial Tax Department

and wat if we have to apply for Sales Tax No., in the name of our firm, wich is already been registered by some one else with the sales tax authorities..????
