What complications can be there for a landlord if he takes the house possession from society/ developer as a first time buyer & doesn't get registry done in his name due to lack of funds but rents out the house on tenancy?

there is a technical difference between two expressions- Landlord and Owner

a Landlord may or may not be an Owner of the property but an Owner is always a landlord (read it in context of tenancy laws)
