where can i get details about insolvency by anyone in my town?

I would like to get details about insolvency declared by a partnership firm in my town some 20 years ago. From where can I find details? How? Can I use RTI for this ?

Unless it involves you that if you are creditor than only it is worth to search.But still in that case notice to you was essential.

file an RTI with Court but chances are very dim as it is a 20 yrs old matter
