dear sir,

one of my friend having one criminal grievous hurt case, the case is going on session court past 3 years,meanwhile my counsel for got the legal adviser job in a mnc company,so he gone for job without informing and returning in my case kut, and my counsel cell is switch off, and where he is working, i dont know, now can i filed a suit regarding that not my counsel was not in location so filed a writ petition on the court. give me ur successon

You need not waste your time and money searching for him in vain. You engage some other advocate afresh and proceed with the case.

Let him live happy with his service. If he returns into profession then more harm will be done to litigants. Wish a long service life for your ex-counsel.

If you can reconstruct the case file, if the advocate is not holding any original documents, forget him and engage new counsel.

Yes, in attempting to trace your old advocate, you will be losing your precious time in pursuing your real case. Hence, as suggested by the experts, try to engage a new advocate and proceed with your case.
