One lady (who is active in social and political field) is working in Govt aided school as a teacher. She is using her parental name and paying income tax on the PAN obtained on parental name by filing return. Simulataneously she is doing transactions in real estate in marital name but using PAN of parental name and not disclosing the transactions to IncomeTax. Is this criminal ? if Yes what sections of IPC or Income Tax she is voilating. If not how ?
